Take exit 9, at the bottom of the ramp, turn right on top side road; go 2.9 miles turn right onto Louisville road; go 2.8 miles; turn right on Lowe's Ferry Rd.; Turn left on Pond Creek Rd.; go 3/10 of a mile; Turn right on Holston College Heights Rd.; go 2.1 miles then turn right and go 1.9 miles; Turn left into Colonial Harbor subdivision.
